Thank you for shopping at HIVE PRELOVED! By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency for your convenience. However, transactions may be processed in another currency. You may select your preferred currency at checkout, where available.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.

Orders shipped internationally are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. Prices displayed on the website will reflect this exemption if your device's location is outside of Japan.

Currency Exchange and Transaction Fees

When paying in a currency different from your local currency, or if a refund is processed in a different currency, you may incur foreign transaction fees and/or experience fluctuations in exchange rates. You are responsible for all such fees and exchange rate differences, including those associated with returns or cancellations, even if caused by HIVE PRELOVED. Refunded amounts may be lower than the original purchase price due to these factors. HIVE PRELOVED is not liable for these costs.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and JCB).

Free Worldwide Shipping with DHL

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders through our partnership with DHL. Domestic shipping within Japan is also free of charge. This promotion is subject to change or termination at our discretion.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Customs Duties and Taxes

When your order ships internationally, it may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs agency. These charges are separate from the shipping fees you pay to HIVE PRELOVED and are your responsibility. You will be required to pay these fees upon delivery. These fees are not collected by HIVE PRELOVED.

Because customs policies vary widely, we cannot provide estimates for these costs. To avoid surprises, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to determine the potential amount of duties and taxes you may be required to pay. Failure to pay these duties may result in delays or the return of your order.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We ship exclusively to the address registered upon checkout. Please verify that your shipping information is accurate prior to completing your payment. HIVE PRELOVED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.  

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided information on our website or through the carrier's website.  

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are estimated between 5-7 business days, depending on the destination country. Actual delivery may occur sooner. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, logistical issues) may affect delivery times.

Signature Required Upon Delivery

All packages are shipped with a signature required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the package. If you request a shipment without a signature requirement, you assume full responsibility for any missing or lost packages. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for all additional re-shipping fees.

Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.  

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failure to pick up), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.
