7-Day Return Window for online shopping
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be perfect. We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order was delivered, provided the items meet the specified conditions outlined below.
We strive to provide comprehensive information about each item, including detailed descriptions, multiple images, and accurate measurements. The colors of items, particularly beige and yellow tones, may appear differently depending on your device's screen. Please carefully review all details and measurements before making a purchase. If you require further information or clarification, our customer service team is available to assist you before your purchase.
Please note that the customer need to ship the item to us within 7 days with product tag.
IN-STORE, SHOWROOM AND POP UP PURCHASES
Returns are not accepted for purchases made in-store or at pop-up events; all sales are final.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly adhered to:
• Timeframe: The return item must be shipped within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Completeness: All original accessories, such as branded boxes, dust bags, and accompanying materials, must be included in the return.
We urge you to be careful when trying on your purchases and to return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us via our Product Returns Form as soon as possible because you have to ship back the item to us within 7 days of delivered. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. We will carefully review your request and, if the return is authorized, provide a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns or returns shipped using a different label will not be accepted, and customers are liable for any returns made at their own expense that do not go through our standard return procedure.
If returning the item from a country different from the country in which the order was received, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated customs fees or import duties, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged item was received.
Monitoring of Returns
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we monitor return activity. We reserve the right to close an account or restrict future orders if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a customer's return behavior violates our Terms and Conditions or is otherwise unreasonable. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide a specific explanation for the account closure or order restriction.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, our team will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Shipping Responsibility for Returns
The cost of return shipping for eligible returns will be borne by us. However, please note that any customs duties or taxes paid by the customer on the original order are non-refundable, as these fees are collected separately by your local customs authority. We will be responsible for the customs fees associated with the return shipment. Upon initiating a return, we recommend ensuring the package is adequately insured, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
